Focus of 2026: Legislative updates and pay transparency
We have produced a commentary and insights article Global legislative changes to look out for in 2026 highlighting some of the key changes and new legislation coming up in 2026 across 18 countries. EU Member states have until 7 June 2026 to enact and implement national legislation transposing the requirements of the EU Pay Transparency Directive. We are tracking the implementation of the Directive and will be updating our country guides with country-specific information when legislation comes into effect.
