Focus of 2025: New country guides and legislative changes
We are adding three new country guides to join our suite of 40+ employment law guides for HR professionals for staff outside the UK. The new guides are Portugal, Malaysia and South Korea. Authored by top law firms, these country guides are designed to provide a clear understanding of each country's employment laws and will be reviewed and updated on a monthly basis, ensuring the information remains up-to-date and accurate. Further, to help global employers plan ahead, we have highlighted some proposed legislative changes in 26 different jurisdictions that will or are expected to come into force in 2025.
