Take part in the Brightmine survey on managing poor performance

The Brightmine managing poor performance survey is now open to complete.

As organisations prepare for unfair dismissal reforms under the Employment Rights Act 2025, we are looking to explore how poor performance is currently managed and where challenges lie.

The survey also examines how changes to the qualifying period for unfair dismissal are expected to shape practice, particularly around probationary periods.

As a thank you for taking part, you'll receive:

  • the managing poor performance 2026 survey report, sent to you as soon as it's published; and
  • the Brightmine guide on how to handle an underperforming employee, sent to you upon completion of the survey.

The survey is expected to close on 26 June 2026.
