Guarantee payments
Summary
- Employers that are unable to provide their employees with work must pay them a guarantee payment in respect of "workless days". (See Right to a guarantee payment)
- Guarantee payments are subject to a maximum number and an upper limit on the amount. (See Limits on amount of and entitlement to a guarantee payment)
- Entitlement to guarantee payments is subject to a number of conditions. (See Qualifying conditions)
