Employment allowance increases

Implementation date: 6 April 2022

In Spring statement 2022 the Government announced that the employment allowance, which entitles employers to claim money off their liability for employer secondary Class 1 national insurance contributions (NICs), increases from £4,000 to £5,000 per annum.
