When to use this model variation of contract letter
Use this model letter to invite an employee to an individual consultation meeting to discuss a proposal to change a term in their contract of employment, where there is no contractual right to make that change. This letter has been updated to take account of the statutory code of practice on dismissal and re-engagement in effect from 18 July 2024.
