When to use this model variation of contract letter
Use this model letter to inform appropriate representatives that if agreement cannot be reached on a proposed contract change affecting 20 or more employees, it may be necessary to initiate a formal process of dismissal and re-engagement. This letter has been updated to take account of the statutory code of practice on dismissal and re-engagement in effect from 18 July 2024.
