When to use this model redundancy form
Use this redundancy selection matrix to carry out a scoring exercise for employees in a redundancy pool and make a provisional selection for redundancy on the basis of the lowest scores.
Note: The criteria in this document are examples only and should be adapted to suit your organisation. For example, the Timekeeping criterion will be particularly relevant for shift workers, but may be less relevant where the role allows for more autonomy and flexibility. Similarly, the Targets criterion will be particularly relevant for sales staff, but may be less relevant in other roles.
