AEGON UK, the life, pensions and investment company, has awarded all-merit rises from a 3% pot to UK staff, effective from 1 January 2004.
Increases for individual staff typically ranged from nil to 15% of basic salary, and were determined by a mixture of individual performance, competence and position against target rate for the role.
