    Airbus UK and trades unions Amicus and the TGWU have agreed a front-loaded three-year pay deal, described by the unions as a "benchmark agreement", effective from 1 July 2004. The agreement also facilitates a move to a 1 July review date, bringing it in line with European settlement dates in this sector.
