A dispute at one of the world's largest suppliers of in-flight meals, Gate Gourmet, grounded British Airways flights from London's Heathrow airport, causing days of chaos for thousands of travellers.
Gate Gourmet is based in Switzerland and has been owned by a Texan venture capital firm, Texas Pacific, since 2002.
