Anderson Review targets health and safety for special needs help to SMEs
The government-commissioned Anderson Review1 has recommended the introduction of a telephone advice service, free for the first year, to offer SMEs tailored and "insured advice" to help them comply with health and safety and employment law.
The insurance component would cover legal costs arising from health and safety enforcement action.
