    The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), the UK's independent aviation regulator, has agreed a one-year pay deal with the PCS and Prospect trade unions. The agreement sees staff receive a 3.8% increase in basic pay, pay-related allowances and market-related supplements effective from 1 April 2007.
