BBC Resources: 3.5% pay rise

Members of the Broadcasting, Entertainment, Cinematograph and Theatre Union (BECTU) have voted to accept a pay and conditions offer tabled by BBC Resources that provides for a headline pay increase of 3.5% for the organisation's 1,500 employees, effective from 1 April 2005. The deal is weighted towards the lower-paid, with all employees guaranteed a cash underpin of £550 a year.
