In the second year of a two-year deal at BMW, Oxford, 2,900 non-management graded employees have been awarded a basic pay increase of 3%, effective from 1 November 2005. The settlement was the result of negotiations between BMW Plant Oxford and trade unions Amicus and the Transport and General Workers' Union.
