BMW Plant Oxford: 4.43% pay increase

Following negotiations with Amicus and the Transport and General Workers' Union, non-management graded employees at BMW Group Plant Oxford have accepted a new 26-month pay settlement.
The deal gives a 4.43% basic increase from 1 November 2006 for 12 months, and the second phase of the deal, which takes effect from 1 November 2007 for 14 months, will see an increase of 3.55% or RPI, whichever is greater.
