A one-year pay and conditions agreement at British Nuclear Fuels plc (BNFL) came into effect from 1 April 2007. Under the terms of the deal, negotiated by the company with Unite, Prospect, GMB and UCATT trade unions, basic rates and most ancillary allowances are increased by 4.85%.
