Following negotiations with Amicus, Borg Warner has agreed with its 250 production workers, craft workers and staff that there would be no basic percentage increase from 1 January 2006. Instead, the company will make a £350 cash payment - payable in May 2006 - to all eligible employees and an additional £150 payment in December 2006, if budget objectives are achieved.
