British Energy Generation (BEG) has reached an agreement with its recognised trade unions - Amicus, the GMB, Prospect, the Transport and General Workers' Union and Unison - that increases basic pay rates by 3.8% over the 12 months from 1 July 2005.
Shift and overtime rates, as well as other ancillary allowances, rise in line with the same percentage increase.
