Bullying focus for anti-stress week

Four national organisations combined to publish a Ban Bullying at Work action pack during this October's European safety week on workplace stress. Supporting evidence from a recent IRS study shows that workplace bullying and harassment is now the major issue raised in internal grievances (Don't nurse a grievance: resolving disputes at work).
