Castle Cement has agreed a 3.15% increase on basic rates and allowances for approximately 600 craft and process workers employed at the company's plants in Ketton in Rutland, Padeswood in Wales, Ribblesdale in Lancashire, and its import terminal at Avonmouth. This deal was negotiated with Amicus, the GMB and the Transport and General Workers' Union.
