Council: December social affairs Council

Social policy and employment ministers met in Brussels on 6-7 December 2004 to discuss a variety of social policy issues, including the revision of the working time Directive, the draft temporary work Directive and the proposal to protect workers against exposure to optical radiation.

The 6-7 December 2004 social affairs Council reached political agreement on a common position on the draft Directive on minimum health and safety requirements on the exposure of workers to the risks arising from optical radiation.
