Draft guidance on use of personal data in employment issued for consultation
The Data Protection Commissioner has published for public consultation a draft Code of Practice on "the use of personal data in employer/employee relationships" (1). She has also invited comments on all aspects of the draft by 5 January 2001 (2), and is expected to issue a final version in the spring of next year.
