A pay settlement worth a total of £365.8 million over three years, with an extra £95.6 million in non-consolidated bonuses, has been agreed by managers and unions at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). The deal is worth 4.6% of the paybill in year one, and has brought to an end a long-running dispute over pay and performance appraisal.
