ECJ rules on length of service and equal pay
The European Court of Justice (ECJ) has given its long-awaited judgment in Cadman v Health and Safety Executive1.
Mrs Cadman was paid substantially less than four male comparators on the same grade, because of the incremental pay scale operated by the employer.
