Pay award: 2.75% in first year of three-year deal, rising to 2.95% from 1 April 2005 (based on 31 August 2004 salaries).
Employees covered (nos.): educational inspectors, psychologists and youth and community service officers covered by the Soulbury pay agreement (7,277)
Effective date: 1 September 2004

In December 2004 an agreement was reached on a three-year pay deal for employees covered by the Soulbury agreement, which covers advisory staff employed by local authorities such as educational psychologists, inspectors and community service officers.
