EESC Opinion on EWCs Directive revision
At its September 2003 plenary session, the EU Economic and Social Committee (EESC) approved an Opinion on the working and experience of the European Works Councils (EWCs) Directive. The EESC had been asked to look at this issue by the European Commission as part of the review process of this Directive.
