EL review offers a "once-in-a-generation" opportunity
Concerns about rising insurance costs have prompted the Government formally to review the operation of employers' liability (EL) insurance.
The review, which will be conducted by the Department for Work and Pensions, was announced in the Chancellor's pre-budget report statement on 27 November 2002.
