Enforcement: Inspection changes at HSE
The HSE has implemented major changes to how it allocates its inspection resources. The changes, which were introduced in April 2002, affect the HSE's Field Operations Directorate (FOD), whose inspectors deal with construction, agriculture, services (including health) and manufacturing.
