As part of the third and final stage of a three-year pay and conditions deal, the grade minimum salaries for technical, administrative and clerical staff within the scope of the National Joint Council (NJC) for the environmental engineering industry will increase by 4.5%. As part of the agreement, effective from 1 January 2006, the London weighting payment rises to £2,500.
