The UK's largest private companies are lagging behind the FTSE 350 when it comes to ethnic diversity on their boards, the Parker Review report for 2024 has found.
FTSE 350 companies have met their target for women on boards three years ahead of their deadline, with two-fifths (40.2%) of board positions now held by women.
There's no sign of mandatory disability employment reporting yet, but organisations may benefit from collecting workforce disability data to better understand the needs of staff, writes Katharine Moxham.
