EU: Commission consults on future of pensions
In July 2010, the European Commission launched a public consultation on how to ensure "adequate, sustainable and safe" pensions systems in the future, and how the EU can best support national efforts in this area.
The consultation is contained in a Green Paper (COM [2010] 365 final) issued on 7 July 2010.
