EU Commission: Mixed views on European Private Company Statute involvement rules

On 17 December 2007, the European Commission published the outcome of a public consultation exercise on the idea of a European Private Company Statute (EPCS) - a uniform company form that privately owned firms could use to operate across the EU. Respondents were divided on the issue of employee involvement arrangements.
