EU Commission: Worker mobility action plan launched
On 6 December 2007, the European Commission presented an action plan aimed at promoting the mobility of workers within the EU by tackling the remaining obstacles faced by people seeking to work in another member state.
The plan is set out in a communication entitled Mobility, an instrument for more and better jobs: The European Job Mobility Action Plan 2007-10 (PDF format, 176K) (on the commission website).
