EU: Education sector gets dialogue committee
The European-level organisations representing employers and trade unions in the education sector launched an EU social dialogue committee in June 2010, supported by the European Commission.
Sectoral social dialogue committees are official EU-level bodies recognised and supported by the Commission, which bring together representatives of employers and employees in the industry concerned.
