EU: Electricity industry social partners agree on corporate social responsibility
Trade unions and employers in the electricity industry signed a Europe-wide "joint position" in June 2009 on the employment aspects of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and on common reporting standards in this area.
The electricity industry has had an EU-level sectoral social dialogue committee in place since 2000.
