EU: Ministers approve employment guidelines
At a meeting of the Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs (ESPCO) Council on 21 October 2010, EU employment ministers adopted new guidelines for member states' employment policies.
The meeting was the first formal EPSCO Council held under the Belgian EU Presidency of the second half of 2010.
