EU social partners: ETUC clashes with ECB on pay
In January 2008, the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) strongly criticised the European Central Bank (ECB) for warning that high wage rises in 2008 will contribute to rising inflation and interest rates. The ETUC accuses the ECB of a “crusade against fair wages”.
