EU social partners: EU-level social dialogue boosted in public administration

At a meeting on 21-22 June 2007, EU ministers responsible for the public service and public administration endorsed an action plan to develop and strengthen European-level social dialogue between representatives of employers and employees in the state sector.

The ministers adopted a statement recognising that European social dialogue can play a significant role in improving public services across the EU.
