EU social partners: European agreement signed on harassment and violence

On 26 April 2007, the central EU-level social partner organisations concluded a European framework agreement on combating harassment and violence at work.

The agreement was signed for trade unions by the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) and the Council of European Professional and Managerial Staff (Eurocadres)/European Confederation of Executives and Managerial Staff (CEC) liaison committee, and for employers by BusinessEurope (formerly Unice), the European Association of Craft, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (UEAPME) and the European Centre of Enterprises with Public Participation and of Enterprises of General Economic Interest (CEEP).
