EU: Social partners to be consulted on restructuring framework
The European Commission will consult EU-level trade union and employers' organisations during 2011 on drawing up a European framework for managing company restructuring.
The announcement of the restructuring consultation is included in a Communication on "an integrated industrial policy for the globalisation era" launched by the European Commission on 28 October 2010.
