European Commission: Barroso plans to withdraw legislative proposals

José Manuel Barroso, president of the European Commission, stated on 27 September that the commission will attempt to codify or abolish many pending legislative proposals. This will include the provisions on sunlight in the optical radiation proposal and may include the temporary work proposal.
