European Commission fleshes out plans to amend Posted Workers Directive
In June 2011, the European Commission provided more details of its plans to issue by the end of the year a draft Directive to improve the enforcement of the 1996 Posted Workers Directive.
The Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) gives businesses the freedom to provide services in other member states.
