European parliament: Temporary Agency Work Directive adopted
On 22 October 2008, the European parliament approved at second reading the draft EU Directive on temporary agency work, enabling its adoption after more than six years of debate.
The Temporary Agency Work Directive was proposed by the European Commission in March 2002.
