Finland: Difficult negotiations in food industry
Most sectors of the Finnish economy (accounting for about 90% of the workforce) are signed up to the current national incomes policy agreement, which was concluded in November 2004 and runs until September 2007.
However, some sectors have remained outside this central framework and conduct their own pay bargaining.
