France: Labour Code revised
A major revision of the Labour Code has been undertaken and the ordinance adopting the legislative sections was published in the French official journal on 13 March 2007.
The consultation on the regulatory sections is taking place between May and November 2007 and the new code will be fully operational by 1 March 2008.
