France: Law liberalises job placement activities
Legislation adopted in France in July 2010 removes a number of restrictions on providing private employment agency services, opening this market to a wider range of operators.
A law published on 24 July 2010 implements in France a number of the requirements imposed by the 2006 EU Directive (2006/123/EC) on services in the internal market.
