France: Social dialogue law adopted
On 17 January 2007, parliament adopted a law on modernising the social dialogue (France: Social dialogue law nears adoption). It inserts in the Labour Code a new chapter, entitled "Social dialogue", containing a special section on procedures for concertation, consultation and information.
