Germany: Government proposes temporary agency work legislation

The German Government proposed in September 2010 amendments to the law on temporary agency work, partly aimed at implementing the 2008 EU Directive on the issue.

The EU Directive (2008/104/EC) on temporary agency work was adopted in November 2008 and must be implemented by the member states by December 2011.
