Government ignores MPs' criticisms

In what is otherwise an abject and complacent response to the recent select committee inquiry into the HSE, the government looks like throwing its weight behind some kind of accreditation of health and safety professionals.

The initiative would be the only tangible outcome from the 63 conclusions and recommendations of the work and pensions committee’s April report on the HSE.
