Government plans to put back one million benefit recipients into a job
Employers and safety practitioners are set to play an important role in the government's ambitious plans to persuade up to one million recipients of incapacity benefit to return to work.
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) announced the plans in a new five-year strategy1 designed to increase the UK's employment rate from 75% to 80%.
